Cons: "Long delays in both trips. 6 hours stuck in Munich & 24 hours in Luxembourg. Asked to get on earlier flight-was told not possible even though 27 seats open. Not possible to check in online and chose seats."

Cons: "i had no space & couldn’t move because passenger next to me should have been required to purchase TWO SEATS!!! I could not move entire flight & he had armrest up & took up my space & full plant so i could not move elsewhere. my neck is still killing me because i had to turn my head to stay away from his face. i will NEVER fly united again."

Pros: "The flight crew was very helpful and very nice. I was traveling with my 7 month old daughter by myself and the crew made sure I was taken care of."

Cons: "When I got off the plane and was waiting for my stroller and car seat to be brought up from the cargo hold, I received the car seat first in good condition. My stroller, however, had the clip busted off that connects the car seat to the stroller and cannot be replaced. So my entire travel system is now unusable. I know this happened on my transfer from Houston to Denver because I had to use my stroller when I got off of my flight from West Palm Beach to Houston and the entire thing was in tact. This is extremely frustrating because this travel system is $450 and is now unusable. And what's even more frustrating is that these items have to be gate checked and are given "special handling" tags when they are checked. The clip that was busted off is a pretty substantial piece so my stroller had to have been handled extremely poorly in order for this clip to bust lose."

Cons: "I pre-paid $250 to bring my pet, for my extended vacation to visit family, and was careful to book a ticket that allowed me to pre-select my window seat. After I boarded the aircraft, I discovered to my dismay, that my standard sized pet carrier did not fit under the seat in front of me. There was a metal box bolted under the seat, that significantly reduced the size of that space. Having to pay so much extra to bring my pet on board in the cabin, I would have expected United to ensure that my pet carrier would fit under the seat. Based on a previous United flight, I expected to be able to watch a free movie on my smart phone, using the United Wi-Fi entertainment, and my wireless Bluetooth earphones. This aircraft did not offer that service. Instead, there was a screen on the seat back, and a physical headphone jack. I had no way to watch anything, or even follow the aircraft position, without paying extra, and requesting wired headphones. I checked the United website prior to my flight, and saw that they provided Wi-Fi, so I was prepared to take advantage of the free United entertainment, but I was disappointed."

Cons: "Terrible. Flight was delayed by an hour. Gate was changed. Only reason I found out was because of email updates. It wasn't announced over the speaker. Although "comping" a film was a nice gesture, it would have been nice if the films started from the beginning. So it was basically pointless. Woman who sat next to me was a train wreck. When the snack/drink carts came around, I asked for a drink it was completely flat and disgusting. Just an overall terrible experience."

Cons: "Although our tickets were purchased together, my husband and I were not seated together. And the flight was very crowded. I think it's a little unprofessional for a company to overbook a flight and then bribe passengers with money to wait for another flight."

Cons: "I never made it to Helena. Flight was delayed 2 hours so I missed my connection and had to fly to an alternate airport and buy myself a rental car and hotel room."
