Well, turns out fall is a pretty spectacular time to travel. When the summer crowds die down and before winter break begins, you can take advantage of fewer tourists, shoulder season deals, and have relative peace and quiet. Here are 18 spectacular destinations — both in the US and beyond — to consider for your autumn adventure.
